If you need a ride from Kutaisi Airport to your accommodation in Batumi, make that exact journey the basis of every request. Kutaisi city pickup and Batumi Airport drop-off are not interchangeable with it.

Get the endpoints right
Use Kutaisi Airport (KUT) as the pickup and your actual Batumi accommodation address as the destination. Check the address on the confirmation rather than relying on a short “Kutaisi–Batumi” label.
If a service ends at a station or stop, add the cost and practicalities of reaching your accommodation. If your destination is outside Batumi, ask for that address to be quoted separately.
Which type of service fits?
| Option to investigate | Decision to make | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Private vehicle | Your group travels together to an agreed address. | Whole-car quote, vehicle capacity, meeting point, waiting and confirmation. |
| Scheduled shared service | You can work around a departure time and shared stops. | Current operation on your date, price per seat, baggage allowance and final stop. |
| On-arrival arrangement | You will organise transport after landing. | Actual availability, total fare, vehicle and onward destination before accepting. |
These are categories to investigate, not a claim that every option is available for your flight. We have not tested every operator or established a market-wide cheapest fare.
Send one comparable request
Include your arrival date and flight, expected pickup time, passengers, bags, child-seat requirements and Batumi address. Ask the same questions of each candidate service, including delays, waiting, payment and cancellation.
Confirm stops before booking. A direct transfer with a short agreed break and a sightseeing itinerary with waiting are different products. Do not use an old guide’s fare as a guaranteed quote for a new date.
A real alternative: compare the final stop
Georgian Bus’s published FAQ describes its airport-to-Batumi bus ending at the New Bus Station. Compare that endpoint with the agreed address of a private-car offer, including the onward journey to your hotel.
Check Georgian Bus’s route and ticket conditions. A published route description is not confirmation of a departure on your date. Check the current timetable before relying on it.
Read the live offer before deciding
The related OrbiTrip route page provides a starting point for checking its current offer. Trip in Detail shares ownership with OrbiTrip; the link is a disclosed related-service referral. Compare it with other current offers for your exact journey.
A guide cannot confirm a driver’s availability. Rely on the provider’s explicit confirmation of the agreed vehicle, time and total price.
